All our instructors hold their relevant qualifications, and up to date first aid certification.
Namaste, Yoga has been ingrained into my life from birth, I have grown up observing rituals, stories, songs, dance, mantras from the Vedas, the Mahabharata & The Ramayan, to name a few.
Singing Kirtan, meditation in its various forms have always been a part of my life.
My grandfather in particular along other members of my family and the community I grew up within have taught me and still guide me through a Yogic and Veda lead lifestyle.
I have trained and practiced with Shiva Rea, David Sye, Sarha Lo, Rodney Yee & Colleen Saidman Yee, Jackie Quayle, Joanne Najduch these are a few of my wonderful gurus who have guided me on my Yoga path!

Yoga for me has been a saviour, as the years have gone by it has become so much more than just a physical practise. It has taught me so much about life and myself and it's a journey I'm still exploring and will continue to experience.
It's not just what you learn on the mat it is what you take off the mat too. Yoga brings me back home and makes me want to be a better person.
Emma is a fully qualified Pilates and Yoga Teacher who practiced Yoga to cope with stress during a corporate career.
She introduced Yoga in workplaces as part of employee engagement programmes and later became qualified to teach herself.
My practice started four and half years back when I returned a lost phone to a Yoga Teacher. After being invited to take a class, I felt an instant connection, and so my Yoga journey began.
I have travelled around Central America, Bali and on numerous occasions India. Looking for answers for alignments or adjustments that would quickly seal my practice and explain everything to me. Instead I found something wonderful, it was connection, with self with others and the ground that I choose to unroll my mat on. Serendipity indeed.
I have just returned from India after completing 200 hours training in Ashtanga Vinyasa Flows and passionate and a little excited at becoming part of someone else’s journey and sharing the positive benefits that Yoga has for all.
1996! On a freezing cold November evening sitting in a small hut halfway into the mountains of Norway, having observed silence for the day, I realised my purpose in life.
It was then I knew I was going to become a teacher of Yoga. Initially I thought it would be Bhakti Yoga, travelling the temple's of Hare Krishna! It was during this experience I became inspired and took a qualification with the BSY to enable me to teach Hatha Yoga. This was 2001 and the beginning of a journey that has taken me around the globe gaining the knowledge and experience that has kept me teaching for 18 years.
I teach a safe and enjoyable Hatha Yoga practice that gives you the motivation and knowledge to self practice and feel confident in any class environment. As a qualified holistic therapist I can help arm you with the tools to release pain from muscles to mental/emotional and spiritual tensions.

I fell in love with yoga from my first class, later travelling to India to complete my 200yttc.
Yoga to me is a place you always belong, it is your stillness, your energy, your freedom and creativity, a complete journey of exploration and opening of the self. I knew straight away practicing yoga was how I wanted to spend my life and I am grateful to be in love with what I do and to be able to guide others on their yoga journey.
Yoga came into my life at a time when I needed it most, I was working in a stressful corporate world but after practicing Yoga for 6 months it dramatically reduced my stress and anxiety levels by giving me the tools I needed to get me through a very difficult time.
After practicing for a few years and noticing dramatic changes to my body and mind I decided to study Yoga and completed my 200hr Hatha Vinyasa Yoga training in Bali, followed by my 300hr teacher training in Vinyasa Yoga 2 years later in India.
I teach Vinyasa Yoga from beginners to advanced level by catering each pose so that you can decide how far you want to push your practice at your own pace. I believe that kindness to yourself and kindness to others is fundamental to the practice of yoga.
I found yoga in late 2000 whilst living in the U.S.A. Initially to cope with a back injury I soon found plenty of other benefits.
I started with basic hatha and soon moved on to vinyasa, hot vinyasa, and Bikram, later finding ashtanga and Yin. I have been teaching yoga since 2011, and teach asana (postures), pranayama (breathwork), and meditation.
Jaya believes that once you learn the balance of ease and effort in your body, this will spill over into your everyday life. Jaya discovered the mind-body-spirit benefits of Yoga and Pilates. Trained in New York, Classical Pilates, with Romana Kryzanowska (learned directly from Joseph Pilates) and Bob Liekens.
Jaya discovered Yoga Therapy at the Phoenix Rising Yoga Therapy (PRYT), (learning directly from Founder Michael Lee). These 1-1 sessions allows people to listen in to their own wisdom and make life changes. Further training to facilitate groups has led to focus group work, such as stress or weight reduction.
She completed Basic & Intermediate Intregral Hatha Yoga Training (Swami Satchidananda lineage), is a Nurse and is currently a member of the IAYT (International Association of Yoga Therapists). Having organized Meditation and Yoga Retreats overseas, Jaya is now offering Meditation classes, retreats, Therapy 1-1 sessions, group work and Pilates in the UK.
Her unique style blends a bit of everything, including her sense of humour. By using PRYT to bridge the mind, body and emotions, Jaya has helped in improving the lives of people with a variety of health conditions and life challenges.
